Burch, Gladys

Burch, Gladys (Troast) age 90 of Dover, NJ died Wednesday September 21, 2011 in Dover, NJ. Born in Norwich, England and became a naturalized American citizen in 1977. Mrs. Burch had resided in Wharton and Kearny before moving to Dover twenty three years ago. Daughter of the late Rose Butler, Gladys was a homemaker and a past member of the Assembly of God Church in Rockaway, NJ. Pre deceased by her first husband Lloyd Troast in 1980; she is survived by her husband Robert (Bob) J. Burch. Also surviving are her son Wayne E. Troast of Wharton, her daughter Marilyn and her husband Bill Sergent of Independence Twp., NJ and her step son Joseph and his wife April Burch of Owls Head Maine, as well as her 2 step grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday September 23, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home #1 Baker Ave. (Rt. 46) Dover, NJ. Interment will follow in the Locust Hill Cemetery Dover, NJ. Visitation will be held Friday morning Sept. 23rd at the Funeral home from 9 to 11AM.
