Balsamo Carballo, Luis Eduardo age 65 of Dover, NJ passed away in the presence of the Lord in the early morning of December 3, 2020. Originally from the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, Eduardo was born in 1955 to parents Eduardo Balsamo and Julia Severina Carballo, he had five siblings.

On November 18, 1976 he married Terecita and together they raised three children, Lorena, Romina and Adrián, who later made him the grandfather of twelve grandchildren. “CHITO” how they affectionately called him in his beloved “Ipane”, He was passionate about soccer, a fan of Nacional, the club he loved. He was a humble man with such an attractive and inspiring personality.

Known by all for his immense generosity, giving away every January 6 on his birthday, toys for all the kids in the neighborhood to receive something. His legacy is immense, he left footprints in many hearts, he drew many smiles. Through his dreams he managed to change the childhood of so many children. Thanks to people like him we are full of values and beautiful stories to tell.

A retailer by nature, what he loved most were family gatherings, a good barbecue, music, he liked to dance and enjoy a good whiskey with friends. His contagious smile will be remembered forever! “Up those who fight”, “Grande Pepe”, were his most popular phrases.

Rest in Peace, Luis Eduardo Balsamo Carballo, your indelible legacy will live forever!
Visitation will be held Friday December 11, 2020 from 6 t0 8:30 PM with funeral services beginning at 8:30 PM in the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home One Baker Ave. (Rt. 46) Dover, NJ. Online condolences through www.smith-taylor-ruggierofuneralhome.com
