Mr. Bove had worked many years as a custodian for the Academy Street School Dover, NJ before his retirement in 2006. A devout Catholic, Michael was an avid sports fan, especially when it came to the NY Yankees. A loving and devoted father, son, brother and friend of many, Michael will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Pre deceased by his father Alphonse M. Bove in 2001, he is survived by his cherished daughter Michelle M. Bove of Dover and stepson Eric Batista of Dover, his beloved mother Virginia P. (Curcio) Bove of Succasunna, his loving companion Rebecca Perkins of Dover, his caring sister Rosanne Dlugosz and her husband, Andrew of Rockaway, also his niece Jennifer Dlugosz of Washington DC and his nephew Michael Dlugosz of Somerville.

Funeral services will be held Saturday November 6, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home # 1 Baker Ave. Dover, NJ. Interment will be private. Visitation will be in the Funeral Home Saturday from 9:00 to 11:00 AM.
