Daughter of the late Charles R. and Helen M. (Goldsworthy) Cater, Jean was a long time and active member of the Ironia Free Methodist Church Randolph. She was retired from Picatinny Arsenal Dover, NJ, where she had worked for nearly forty one years. She was a member of the Dover Board of Health as well as the Republican County Committee. Miss. Cater was a kind and caring woman who will be missed by her many friends and church family.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday May 6th, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the Ironia Free Methodist Church #298 Dover Chester Rd. Randolph, NJ 07869. Entombment services will immediately follow in the Locust Hill Cemetery Mausoleum Dover, NJ. Arrangements are under the direction of the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home, One Baker Avenue (Route 46) Dover, NJ 07801. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to either the Church or Lakeland Animal Haven PO Box 258 Dover, NJ.
