Kenneth is survived by is mother Jarrett DeJulio and his older half brother Bart Askera. Kenneth was a Special Olympics Champion and Lift it up weight lifter. At one time he was a grocery clerk with A & P. He had attended Morris County Vo Tech earning three certificates as well as working as a custodian.

Mr. DeIulio had previously been in the PIC Program and had worked in the Dover National Guard Armory. From his home he repaired Fishing Rods under the name Ken’s Rod’s. His love was nature, fresh water fishing and riding the trains at the Whippany Railway Museum. Kenneth won awards at VMC and NORWESCAP art competitions for photography.
