It is with great sadness the family of Irma Ellett, announces her passing on Sunday morning July 22, 2018 at 84 years young. Irma was predeceased by her husband John. She will forever be lovingly remembered by her children Wanda Ellett and John Ellett, daughter in law Karen Ellett, a grand dog Petey (Wanda’s dog), brothers and their wives, sisters and their husbands, god-daughter, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and family friends.
Irma was born in Puerto Rico and came to live in Morristown, NJ with her sister Maria, her husband Armando and their son Quique. She met the love of her life, her husband John. They enjoyed riding their motorcycle until the kids came, and then it was all about the kids and maintaining their mini farm. She was a beautiful, bright, warm, loving, kind, fearless, tenacious and funny lady who enjoyed watching sports, especially the NY Yankees. She was loyal and loved fiercely, real passionate lady that danced to her own tune, an enigma! She was always happiest being with family.
A celebration of Irma’s life will be held on Friday July 27, 2018 from 10-12 at the Smith-Taylor Ruggiero Funeral Home located at 1 Baker Avenue Dover, NJ 07801
