George, LaRue V. age 88 formerly of Dover, NJ died Thursday January 27th, 2011 at the Morris View Health Care Center Morris Plains, NJ. Born in Dover, NJ she had resided there most of her life. Daughter of the late Warren and Mabel (Reppert) Ernst, LaRue had worked many years as a cafeteria worker with the Dover Public School system (Dover High School). A member of the Dover United Methodist Church, she was pre deceased by her husband George in 1991, her sister Elaine Lakatos in 2009 and her brother Kenneth Ernst in 1973. Survivors include her sons Alan D. George of Weehawken, NJ and Wayne M. George of Ledgewood, NJ, and her daughter Carol Ann Hay of New Bern, NC. Also surviving are her sister Evelyn Vialard of Budd Lake, as well as her grandchildren Susan Laing and Thomas Struble, and her great grandchildren Kelsey and Story Laing.
