Daughter of the late Victor Mair, Gloria was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a very spiritual woman; selfless and always caring for others above all. A fantastic cook, she will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Pre deceased by her beloved husband Wollerson Valentine Hyde in 1978, she is survived by her sons: Kirk and Michael Hyde; daughters: Nadine Hyde, Donna Davis and Carol Thomas; daughter-in-law Afnik Hyde; son-in law Ronald Davis; twelve grandchildren: Keisha Sheriff, Dwane Tenn, Donnella Atkins, Ricardo Howell, Mickasha Hyde, Monique Hyde, Kirk Hyde Jr. (Kirkie), Natasia Hyde, Claudonna Hewitt, Kaela Hyde, Nathaniel Thompson, and Kory Hyde; grandchildren-in-law Alieu Sheriff and Michael Atkins; eleven great grandchildren: Dejon Phillips, Malik Howell, Taheim Sheriff, Makayla Tenn (Pookie), Shaydonel Newman (Shay); Tahira Sheriff, Domanic Tenn, Kimora Foote, Marques Yeard, Kimani Tenn and Lillian Morris.
