As a young girl, she participated in Girls Scouts, Gymnastics as well as enjoyed playing the Flute. Jennifer had worked as a Drug and Addiction Counselor for the Sun Rise House for many years.

Survivors include her husband Richard Johnson of Vernon, her daughter Mia O’Brien at home, her son Michael Anthony of Brick, NJ, her mother Nancy J. O’Brien (nee Vreeland) of Mine Hill and her father John J. and his wife Elaine O’Brien of Mt. Bethel, PA. Also surviving are her brothers Daniel J. O’Brien of York Town Heights, NY and Michael J. O’Brien of Morristown, NJ, her maternal grandmother Harriett Vreeland as well as many aunts uncles, cousins, a nephew and two nieces.

Funeral Services will be held Monday May 14, 2018 at Noon in the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home One Baker Ave. (Rte. 46) Dover, N.J. Visitation will be held in the Funeral Home Monday from 10AM till Noon. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mia O’Brien for Education C/O Nancy O’Brien #200 Rt. 46 Mine Hill, NJ 07803.
