Son of the late Sandello and Maria (Amato) LoSapio, Raymond had worked many years in the Building and Laborer’s Union as well as a Paver with his families business LoSapio Paving New Providence, NJ. A founding and longtime active member of the North Star Italian Club Madison, NJ, he was avid Yankee and Ranger fan. Raymond was also a fan of Joe DiMaggio, Rocky Marciano and Buddy Holly. He enjoyed quality time with his family especially Sunday Italian dinners. An avid gardener he grew the best tomatoes from his large garden every year.

A parishioner of the St. Vincent’s Roman Catholic Church Madison, NJ, Raymond was pre deceased by his brothers James (Jiggs), Amos, Mikey, Peter and Sandello (Baby), as well as his sisters Louise, Theresa (Tessie), and Lucy. Survivors include his nieces Donna and her husband Peter Hastings of Mendham and Shelly and her husband Mike Barton of Newton, NJ. Also survived by his great nephews Ryan, Kyle, Tyler and Kelly Hastings and his great nieces Chloe and Lucy Barton.

Funeral services will be Thursday December 8, 2016 at 11:30 AM in the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home # 1 Baker Ave. (Rt. 46) Dover, NJ. Interment will follow in the St. Vincent RC Cemetery Madison, NJ. Visitation will be in the funeral home Thursday from 10 to 11:30 AM.
