Mazuera, Marina age 85 of Randolph, NJ passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, Thursday March 9th, 2023. Born and raised in Roldanillo, Colombia, where she had lived for many years. Following her time in Colombia, she moved to Florida, in 2001 she moved to Wharton, NJ for 19 years, moving to Randolph, NJ in 2020. She was a member of St. Clements Roman Catholic Church in Rockaway, NJ.
She will be deeply missed by all her loving friends and family. Marina was predeceased by her husband Miguel I. Marmolejo, her son Carlos Marmolejo, her parents Rafael Ramirez and Flor Mazuera, her brother Sady Mazuera, and her granddaughter Katherine Peña. Marina was a loving and caring mother of eight children. She is survived by her son Jose Marmolejo and Ariana. Her Daughters Luz Marmolejo and Fernando, Nora M. Marmolejo, Connie Mazuera and Cesar, Pilar D. Marmolejo, Fabiola Jelenkovic and Dario, and Angelica Romero and Jairo. She was also survived by her brothers and sisters, Hever, Olga, Ligia, Danelly, and Aydee Mazuera. As well as Her Brothers and Sisters Rafael, Luis, Luz, Gloria A., Patricia, Apolonia, Maria D., and Adriana Ramirez. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Andres C. Peña of Mt. Olive, Sara M. Polanco of San Antonio, TX, Jennifer Polanco of Wiesbaden, Germany, Cesar A. Romero of Netcong, Carlos A. Romero of Lake Hopatcong Andrea D. Pelaez of Randolph, Nicolas Romero of Hopatcong, Danielle L. Polanco of San Antonio, TX, Christopher Romero of Lake Hopatcong, Brayan Marmolejo of Wharton, Raul A. Ayala of Randolph, Alexander Alvarado of Morristown, and Stefany Marmolejo of Wharton. She is also survived by her great grandchild Santiago Peña of Mt. Olive.
