Daughter of the late Cosimo and Frances (nee Giacalone) Baiamonte, Connie worked early on in life as a seamstress in the Garment District of NYC. A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker, Connie was a compassionate caring and genuine person who loved spending time with her family and friends. A talented cook, she enjoyed taking care of her family and also making herself available to help anyone who needed it.

Connie worked in the Rockaway Meadow School Library and volunteered for many school functions while her children attended school there. A modest and gentle person, she enjoyed her summer trips to Beach Lake, PA. with her husband. Mrs. Masiello was pre deceased by her two brothers and her two sisters.

Survivors include her beloved husband of sixty-five years Sam, her son Domenick of Whippany and her daughter Marianne and her husband David DiRezze of Mountain Lakes. Also surviving are her cherished grandchildren Cristina and Marco DiRezze.

Visitation will be held Tuesday December 29, 2020 from 9 to 10 AM in the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home One Baker Ave. (Rt. 46) Dover, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM in the Saint Peter the Apostle Church #179 Baldwin Road Parsippany, NJ. Entombment will follow in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery Mausoleum Ridgedale Ave East Hanover, NJ.
