Son of the late Alberto and Julia A. (nee Cajas) Minchala, Manuel was a Mechanic at the Paint Shop and Bodyworks of Ledgewood. He was a long time and devout parishioner of the Our Lady of Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church Dover. A loving and devoted husband father grandfather and brother, Manuel will truly be missed.

Survivors include his wife Zoila M. (nee Alao) Minchala, his daughters Jessica and her husband Jose Benitez, Gabriela T. Minchala, Katherine F. Minchala and Karla P. Minchala all of Dover as well as a grandchild due in June. Also surviving are his brothers Cesar, Jose, Luis, Roman and Rafael Minchala, his sisters Matilda Minchala, Ermelinda Minchala, Celia Minchala and Clara Minchala. Manuel was pre deceased by a brother Guillermo Minchala.

A Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday January 17, 2018 at 10:30 AM in the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church Richards Ave. Dover, NJ. Interment will follow in the Locust Hill Cemetery Dover. Visitation will be held Sunday January 14, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM in the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home One Baker Ave. (Rte. 46) Dover, N.J.
