Ricardo was a loving and caring father. He sent missionaries all over the world. Impacto Mundial Serving as mission leader. He was a selfless person, and cared for everyone around him. Ricardo is also a member of the Iglesia Alianza Church.

Ricardo is predeceased by his Father Claro J. Blacio and his mother Zoila C. Gonzalez. He is also predeceased by his daughter Maria E. Blacio. Both brothers Claro Jose and Claro Jose. He is also predeceased by his sister Eva Blacio.

Ricardo is Survived by His sons Claro Jose and Carmen. He is survived by his daughters Manuela D. and Richard Bergeron, Maria D. Blacio and Johann, and Maria G. Blacio. His brothers Fernando Blacio and Ibrahim Blacio. He is also survived by his sisters Carmen Shah and Zoila Blacio. Also surviving are his five grandchildren.

Memorial Visitation and Life Celebration will be held Tuesday March 28th, 2023 from 900AM to 1200PM in the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home #1 Baker Ave (Rt.46), Dover NJ, 07802. Funeral Service will start at 1200PM in the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home. Followed by inurnment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Randolph, NJ.
