Frank was a graduate of the Dover High School class of 1965; he was a HVAC Technician and had worked for the North Jersey Refrigeration Co. Rockaway, NJ for twenty five years until his retirement in 2009. A parishioner of the Saint Mary’s Roman Catholic Church Dover, NJ, Frank will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Predeceased by his father Francis Sr., he is survived by his mother Carolyn (Habitz) Medvedik, his wife Patricia A. (Ruggiero) Rogalsky, his son Robert S. and his wife Judy Rogalsky, his two daughters Lisa M. and her husband James Young and Aimee S. and her husband David Woolf. Also surviving are his two step daughters Stephanie L. and Jeanette L. Mahnken, his two brothers David A. Rogalsky, Kenneth and his wife Suzanne Rogalsky as well as his nine cherished grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday November 30th, 2013 at 10:00 AM in the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home One Baker Ave. (Rt. 46) Dover, NJ. Interment will immediately follow in the St. Mary’s RC Cemetery Dover, NJ.
