Son of the late William C. and Nancy (York) Standridge, James had proudly served in the United States Air Force during WWII. He was the owner and operator of Lee’s Auto Body Mine Hill, NJ from 1955 until his retirement in 1988.

Pre deceased by his loving wife Grace L. (Simonds) Standridge in 1994 as well as a son Charles L. in 1981, he is survived by his sons James C. and his wife Ruthann and John F. and his wife Nancy all of Mine Hill, NJ and Ronnie R. and his wife Anne of Randolph, NJ. Also surviving are his cherished eleven grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Memorial Visitation will be held Wednesday October 1, 2014 from 3-5 and 7-8:30 PM immediately followed by 8:30 PM Memorials Services in the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home #1 Baker Ave. (Rt. 46) Dover, NJ. In lieu of flowers memorials in James memory may be made to the National Kidney Foundation www.kidney.org.
