Strombach, Dolores C. age 91 of Rockaway, NJ passed away peacefully Thursday November 15, 2018 at Care One, Whippany, NJ. Born in Jersey City, NJ she had resided in Morris County most of her life. Daughter of the late Henry and Marie (nee Otten) Traphagen, Dolores had a long and satisfying career working as a Nurse and Vascular Technician at the former Dover General Hospital and Dr. Bernard Weintraub from 1968 until retirement in 1990. She was Long time member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Dover, and maintained her activities into retirement notably forming the choir at Care One.
Survivors include her beloved Husband: Franz Schlomm Jr., Children: Linda Fruendt, Franz Schlomm, III and his wife, Page. Also surviving are her grandchildren Matthew Fruendt, Steven Fruendt, her great grandchildren James Fruendt and his wife, Jasmine, Jordan Fruendt and his wife, Brianna as well as her Great Great Grandson: Bentley Fruendt.
Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday November 24, 2018 from 11 Am to 1 PM immediately followed by memorial services at 1 PM in the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home, One Baker Avenue (Route 46) Dover, NJ 07801.
