Daughter of the late Michael and Antonia Josephine (nee Torello) Massolo, raised by her step mother Josephine (nee Piacibello) Massolo; Silvia had a long career with Liberty Mutual of Saddle Brook, NJ. She had also worked part time for seventeen years with an Architectural Window Manufacturing Co. in Rutherford, NJ until her retirement in 2017. She was a long time devout parishioner of the St. Philip the Apostle Roman Catholic Church Rutherford, NJ.

Mrs. Wickert was pre deceased by her beloved husband Alvin G. Wickert in 2014, a son Kenny in 2013, as well as her brother Mario P. Massolo and her sister in law Helen P. Massolo. She is survived by her son Michael and his wife Janice Wickert, her granddaughter Melissa and her husband Elliott Honig and her grandson Kevin Wickert. Silvia is also survived by her great grandchildren Kaitlyn and Justin Honig as well as her niece Tina Massolo, her nephew Robert Massolo and her numerous cousins, friends and neighbors.
